Their Testimony
Pastors Mike & Debbie Sirianni have been married for over 25 years and have four children: Danielle, Jessica, Michael & Rachel, and four grand daughters; Samantha, Natalie, Zoe, & Olivia. Debbie was raised with a knowledge of The Lord, but did not have a true encounter with Him until 1981. From that point forward, she began standing in faith for her husband's salvation. In 1988 The Lord met Mike in his car on a New Jersey highway on his way home during the wee hours of the morning. Shortly thereafter, Mike & Debbie relocated their family to Virginia from New Jersey in search of a more wholesome environment to raise their children and strengthen their marriage and their relationship with God. The Lord began to school them as believers together, and in 1990, they relocated again, this time to North Carolina. At that time they were led to a church in High Point where they served in every facet of ministry. From children's church, to youth, to marriage ministry, and to deacons. After many years of showing themselves faithful over little, The Lord promoted them to Elders. As Elders they worked side by side with their Pastor learning many lessons as, unbeknownst to them, God prepared them for future ministry. In 1999, God called them out to start a home group. Armed with the vision and a passion to see people (particularly believers) healed and restored, they stepped out in faith and began a home group to fulfill that call. On March 11, 2001 they were ordained as ministers, and by November 2001, the home group, by this time named "New Day", had outgrown Pastor Mike & Debbie's home, and moved into their first official church building located on Westchester Drive in High Point. After 5 years of once again showing themselves faithful over the little, God promoted them and the church to a new building and New Day's current facility located at 1229 S. Main Street in High Point. Pastor's Mike & Debbie have a heart to minister to the body of Christ with a heavy emphasis on healing, restoration & equipping the saints for the ministry.
